SoulPaw provides an AI-powered service that generates pet portraits from user-uploaded photos. AI-generated images may contain inaccuracies or unexpected results. Results are provided for creative and entertainment purposes.

2. User Accounts

Users may be required to create an account to access certain features. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.

3. User Content

Users retain ownership of images they upload. By using the service, users grant SoulPaw a limited license to process images for the purpose of generating portraits. Users confirm they have the right to upload and process the images they submit. Users must ensure uploaded content does not violate laws or third-party rights.

4. Generated Content License

Users retain ownership of the images they upload. SoulPaw grants users a non-exclusive license to use AI-generated portraits for personal and commercial purposes. Users are responsible for ensuring that any use of generated images complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, and design are owned by SoulPaw and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are processed by our payment provider Creem. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SoulPaw shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.
